Shipping & Payment Information

When Will My Order Ship?

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST on a Friday, will likely be shipped out early the following week. After your order is confirmed, please allow 5-7 business days for your tracking details to update. (Note: Please allow a few extra days for your custom/engraved order to be processed)

We pay the cost of fully covered shipping insurance for all packages through Route Shipping Insurance. Rest assured, even if your package is lost/stolen or damaged in transit we will replace the package at no extra cost to you.

Will I Have To Pay International Taxes & Duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

JAXXON cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

How are taxes and duties calculated?

For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.

For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

Order Information & Concerns

I Need To Change Something On My Order. How Can I Do That?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

My Order Status Says "Unfulfilled". What Does That Mean?

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

Why Was My Order Canceled?

If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as a high risk of being fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please try again with a different card or trusted account like Paypal or Amazon. Another reason for this issue could simply be that you are trying to place the order from an IP address that is far away from the shipment address.

JAXXON Gold is a much thicker layer of Gold which gives our pieces their long lasting color, shine, and durability. Major brands in our industry markup their products 8-10x the actual cost. We do things differently. To make luxury accessible, we've built relationships with the best manufacturers across the world and sell directly to you. Our jewelry is handcrafted with the same top materials and quality craftsmanship as other luxury jewelry brands but without the traditional markups.

Where are JAXXON chains produced?

Our chains are designed and produced in Italy with obsessive attention to detail and state of the art precision by some of the best jewelry manufacturers in the world.

What type of Silver is used?

We use real Italian 925 Sterling Silver. 925 Sterling Silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure Silver and 7.5% Copper. We plate our Silver jewelry in Rhodium, which gives it extra shine and durability. Rhodium is one of the most expensive precious metals due to its rarity.

What type of Gold is used?

At JAXXON, we only work with the most enduring and premium quality materials including Solid 14K Gold. Our Solid 14K Gold jewelry is imported from Italy because of the higher quality gold and alloys, which gives our pieces their long lasting shine and durability. It is also active lifestyle's best friend, as it scratches less, and does not wear out or bend as easily as 18K Gold. At JAXXON our Gold-Bonded chains are pure 925 Sterling Silver coated 3x in the same real 14K Gold as our Solid 14K Gold jewelry which gives our gold-bonded pieces their long lasting shine, and durability. They are imported from Italy and crafted to withstand the test of time against fading and tarnishing. The thickness of our gold is second to none and 3-5x the normal amount of gold found in plating. Other products materials besides our chains that are Gold-Bonded are chosen specifically per product based on durability and quality of wear. Are JAXXON chains waterproof?

Precious metals are not fans of water or chemicals. Avoid water when wearing your chain. Before exercising or showering, remove your JAXXON chain. Clean your piece by buffing gently with a dry cloth and store it in your suede pouch. Please avoid all contact with water, as water damage is not covered under warranty. Our chains should not be taken swimming or bathing. They will not fade instantly, but you will lose the long lasting shine and durability.

JAXXON offers an industry leading Lifetime Warranty. The warranty entitles you to a one-time repair or replacement of the piece - free of charge. We may repair or replace the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturer defects. Warranty is voided on user damage issues. Warranty does not cover lost/stolen items.

AfterPay Information

What is installments by Afterpay?

Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. If you would like to know more about Afterpay, visit the Afterpay website www.afterpay.com.

How do I use installments by Afterpay?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At checkout choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

How does the AfterPay payment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your schedule pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

What if I can’t pay an Afterpay payment?

If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged an $8 late payment fee, and an additional $8 fee if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order amount.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using installments by Afterpay?

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase by mail for a refund. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

Can I use installments by Afterpay if I’m an international customer?

Installments by Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address within the US and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

How do I become a JAXXON reseller? Do you have any authorized resellers?

While we appreciate that you want to be a reseller of JAXXON, we do not currently have any reseller or wholesale program. Please email us at contact@jaxxon.com and we may get back to you when we decide to go down that path!
