JAXXON offers Easy Returns / Exchanges on ALL orders (details below apply).

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or JAXXON store credit for items returned within 7 days of delivery. Every return must be accompanied by its original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resellable condition. Items received after 7 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.

There are NO Returns / Exchanges on Solid Gold or Custom products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our Solid Gold or Custom pieces goes into production, there can be NO cancellations. Custom products are any products/styles/sizes etc. that are NOT otherwise offered on our website. Last Chance Sale items are also not considered for returns/refunds.

For International Returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping + duties.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return has been received by our warehouse and it complies with our Return Policies, we will immediately refund your original payment method.

Please be aware that refunds may take up to 7 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
